Perhaps one of the biggest news for all social media users this week was the launch of an app store by Facebook for Apple and Google Android Tablet. This is a smart move by the largest and popular social networking site in the world in a bid to transform the social network into a key online entertainment platform.

 

It was in a blog post, that the social networking site launched its most anticipated “App Center”, which confirmed its biggest move in the booming and popular market of productivity, lifestyle and gaming applications. The app store in Facebook was made available to the public in United States first and in the coming weeks it will be rolled out in other countries as well.

Taken into account the recent setback that Facebook received with the launch of its IPO in the stock market, it is gearing back for a comeback. The “App Center” is expected to bring back smiles in the faces of Facebook users for sure. Now, they can get all kinds of app for their smartphones directly from the Facebook rather than looking for the same in the online Android marketplace. Now, that’s  great news for all the users Android phones.

 

It will include almost 600 odd apps, comprising of some of the popular games like Ghosts of Mistwood and Jetpack Joyride. It will also feature utilities like Pinterest and Draw Something. The Facebook App Center provides Android phones user’s with personalized recommendations and allows them to browse the apps that all their friends’ use.  Another important aspect of the app center is that it only features those applications that are top class and based on app users feedback.

    Google Play and Apple Store covers most of the thing but it is also better to have another App Store for both By Facebook ….. Also Check this for Android Apps
